Terms of Service Agreement

The use of services provided by Links Marketer establishes agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of service. Links Marketer will not be held liable for any loss incurred by users who have not read these terms.

1. General

By placing an order with Links Marketer, you automatically accept all the terms of service listed below, whether you have read them or not.

• Right to Change Terms:
  We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or future modifications.

• Delivery Time Estimates:
  Links Marketer does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimate, and Links Marketer will not refund orders that are processed if you feel they are taking too long. We reserve the right to change a service type if necessary to complete an order.

2. Disclaimer

While many of our clients have enjoyed success with Google rankings and social media verification, these platforms’ algorithms are out of our control. We cannot guarantee that you will be verified on social media or that your website will appear on the first page of a Google search for your name, brand name, or any other keyword. Links Marketer is not affiliated with FOX, CBS, NBC, USA Today, Google, or any other companies mentioned on our website.

• Website Traffic:
  Links Marketer can help drive new visitors to your website, but we cannot guarantee that this will result in sales or leads. The amount of traffic from our backlinks is unpredictable.

• Indexed Links:
  We do not guarantee 100% indexed links, but we ensure that all the backlinks have been crawled by Google spiders.

• Liability for Damages:
  Links Marketer will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. However, we are 100% confident that our services are safe for your site, provided you follow our instructions and recommendations.

3. Electronic Delivery

By accepting this agreement, you agree and consent to receive all communications, documents, and reports electronically that we provide in connection with your account and your use of the service.

• Communication Methods:
  We will provide these communications via email, text message, or by posting them on your account on our website.

• Receipt of Communications:
  Communications are considered received by you within 24 hours of the time they are emailed to you or posted to the website.

4. Money-Back / Refund Policy

Payments made through the payment gateway are generally non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• Technical Errors:
  If your card or bank account is debited multiple times due to a technical error, or if an excess amount is debited in a single transaction, the excess amount will be refunded.

• Order Non-Delivery:
  If we are unable to deliver your order, you are entitled to a full refund. You may also opt to have the order redone or cancel it and receive the refunded amount in your account balance.

• Refund Process:
  Refunds can only be processed within 10 days of the payment date. The funds will be returned to the original payment method, and the process may take 24 hours or longer, depending on the payment method.

• Canceled Orders:
  If your orders are canceled, their value will be returned to your account balance, which you can use for future orders.

5. Free Balance

Links Marketer offers various ways to earn a free balance, but the company reserves the right to review and deduct it from your account at any time for any reason.

• Termination of Services:
  We may discontinue providing access to the services or any part thereof, with or without notice. If your account balance becomes negative due to a deduction, your account will be automatically suspended.

• Suspended Accounts:
  If your account is suspended due to a negative balance, you may request a custom payment to settle your balance and reactivate your account.

6. Disputes

By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason. If you do so, your account will be automatically frozen.

• Frozen Accounts:
  A frozen account means you will not be able to place new orders. Once the dispute is resolved, your account will be reactivated.

7. Restricted and Disallowed Content

Links Marketer reserves the right to disapprove of any website that does not meet our quality standards. We do not allow the following types of content:

• Adult Content:
  Sexual content, including text, images, audio, or video, is not allowed. This includes sites promoting hook-up dating, swinger dating, sex toys, strip clubs, adult movies, sexually suggestive live streaming, and role-playing games.

• Scams:
  Content related to hacking software, fake documents, or academic cheating services is not permitted.

• Inappropriate Content:
  We do not allow content that promotes hatred, intolerance, discrimination, violence, or other inappropriate content.

• Dangerous Products or Services:
  Content related to harmful products or services, such as equipment for drug use, weapons, ammunition, black magic, etc., is prohibited.

• Content Evaluation:
  We use a combination of automated and human evaluation to ensure your website content complies with our policies. If you believe your website does not violate our policies, please contact us.

8. Orders / Reports

You may cancel orders to make an amendment or for any other reason as long as their status is still “Pending.” However, it is not possible to cancel orders if their status has changed to “Processing” or “Completed.”

• Order Rejection:
  We reserve the right to reject any orders that do not meet our standards at any time.
• Report Storage:
  Reports for your submitted orders will be stored on our servers for up to 180 days. After that, they may be automatically deleted.
